Won't be able to login into the application. Keep getting an error. App is English but the error is in Chinese so I don't know what it is. Rebooted mobile phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off knowledge for a couple of minutes, but no use. I nevertheless are not able to log in into the app.??????????????????????????????????????????????????
